In response to the COVID-19 virus, State, County, and City of Columbia, we are taking extra precautions to help keep you safe.

Taking a break to weather COVID-19 simply isn’t an option. Being in front of customers keeps our truck operating. We are blessed with amazing opportunities during this pandemic. We have had the privilege of serving front line heroes at hospitals, police stations, veterans in our community, and more while continuing to closely follow the guidelines of the City of Columbia and Boone County in order to keep you safe during the pandemic.

To ensure your safety while eating at our truck we are continuing to, and re-doubling our safety efforts by:

  • Wearing our masks at all times.

  • Keeping an appropriate distance from our customers, and serving through our windows. (Air hugs are still allowed)

  • Wearing gloves at all times when touching food.

  • Washing our hands after taking off gloves.

  • Sanitizing and wiping down all surfaces as frequently as possible.

  • Deep cleaning our commissary and truck before and after every shift.

  • Deep cleaning our utensils, food storage, and other items we use on a daily basis.

If you have questions about any of our COVID-19 procedures, please contact us, or give us a call.

For those who are still operating, The NRA/ServSafe came up with a free takeout/delivery training guide.

“As restaurants all over the U.S close their dining rooms and convert to take out to operate within social distancing guidelines, we feel that we should empower all mobile vendors to do their part while feeding their local communities. Best Food Trucks opened their mobile online ordering and marketing platform for use at non-BFT managed locations. This means you can use their platform to set up custom locations, accept online orders, and also have access to a few marketing tools. Custom links allow mobile vendors to promote their location on social media as well as generate emails with your menu to subscribers. They are currently offering this along with a few other features and customization abilities to all mobile vendors at no charge to help you serve your community. Download the app today to give your customers online ordering capabilities and put your kitchen on the map.”
